​Under the EU Biocidal Products Directive the company placing the treated wood on the market is responsible for providing Biocidal Product Regulations information. This information is provided below.
CELCURE C65 TREATED TIMBER
Biocidal Product Regulation (EU 528/2012) Article 58 and UK BPR Information
Celcure C65 preserved wood is a “treated article” which incorporates biocidal products. Wood correctly preserved with Celcure C65 is protected against wood rotting fungi and wood destroying insects (including wood boring beetles and termites).
Contains: Basic Copper Carbonate (Copper(II) carbonate--Copper(II) hydroxide (1:1)), Didecyldimethylammonium chloride (DDAC) and N,N-Didecyl-N,N-dimethylammonium carbonate (DDACarbonate).

Wear gloves when handling freshly treated wood

Avoid breathing dust when cutting treated or untreated wood

Do not use the treated wood for the storage of unpacked food and animal feeding stuff

Dispose of all waste preserved timber material such as cut ends, broken boards and sawdust using a method approved by a waste disposal authority

Treated timber must not be placed over/near surface water bodies

Do not burn
